測定とデバッグ・ツール

WaveAceは、32種類の標準自動測定で測定の簡素化を実現しました。 7インチのワイドスクリーン・ディスプレイは、 最大5つの測定値の波形を見やすく表示します。 また、測定ダッシュボードには32種類すべての測定値を一度に表示できます。 幅広い拡張タイミング・パラメータは、2つの異なるチャンネルの信号を分析できます。 WaveAceは、加算、減算、乗算、除算およびFFTの5種類の演算機能を標準で装備しています。 FFTは、4種類のウィンドウ関数と2種類の垂直スケールによって、周波数領域に関する詳細な表示が利用できます。内蔵のパス/フェイル・マスク・テストにより、すばやく問題を識別し、問題が発生した場合はハイライト表示されます。

使いやすく迅速なデバッグ

高性能で多数の機能を備えたWaveAce は、直感的で理解しやすい11言語に対 応したユーザー・インタフェースと、合 理化されたフロント・パネルで簡単に操 作できます。主なコントロールとメニュ ーは、すべてフロント・パネルからボタ ンを1回押すだけでアクセスできます。 すべての位置とオフセットは、ノブを押 すだけでリセットできます。Volt/Divノ ブを押すと固定ゲインと可変ゲイン、 Time/Divノブを押すとズーム・モード に切り替えられます。メニューやモード の切り替えを行うフロント・パネルのボ タンにはバックライトが付いており、操 作モードがユーザーにとってわかりやす いものとなっています。

長い捕捉時間とズーム

一般的な小型のポータブル・オシロスコ ープには、波形メモリが少なく、捕捉時 間も短いものが多くみられます。Wave Ace1000シリーズは、1Mポイント /Chのモデル構成となっており、ロング メモリを実現しています。ロングメモリ により高いサンプリング速度を維持しな がら長時間捕捉することが可能となり、 タイムレンジを長くした場合でもグリッ チなどの異常信号を捕らえることができ ます。内蔵のズーム機能を有効にすると、 さらに細かく確認できます。

 

自動波形パラメータ測定

WaveAceは、標準搭載された32種類 の自動測定と2種類の表示モードで、複 雑な信号の測定を簡単に行えます。波形 表示の邪魔にならない位置に5つの測定 値を表示させることや32種類すべての 測定値をダッシュボード表示できます。

 

波形演算

WaveAceは、加算、減算、乗算、除算 およびFFTの5種類の演算機能を標準で 装備しています。FFT機能では、4種類 のウィンドウ関数と2種類の垂直スケー ルを選択できます。

 

パス/フェイル・テスト(合否テスト)

WaveAceは、内蔵のパス/フェイル・ マスク・テストにより、すばやく異常を 判定し、問題の発生を通知します。合否 結果の履歴を画面に表示できます。

 

デジタル・フィルタ

デジタル・フィルタは、WaveAceの各 チャンネルで使用できます。ロー・パス、 ハイ・パス、バンド・パスおよびバン ド・ストップ・フィルタを使用して、表 示する周波数の範囲を限定することがで きます。

波形シーケンス・レコーダ

最大2500波形を連続して記録し、後で 再生させることで、稀に起こる異常波形 を再確認することやシステムに問題を生 じさせているラントやグリッチを分離す ることができます。

高度なトリガ機能

全ての信号にエッジ・トリガが最適とは 限りません。WaveAceには、基本的な エッジ・トリガ以外に、パルス幅、ビデ オおよびスロープ(立ち上がり時間)を トリガ条件にした高機能トリガが搭載さ れています。

コネクティビティ

WaveAceでは、フロント・パネルの USBホスト・ポートを利用して、画面 イメージ、波形データおよびセットアッ プをUSBメモリに保存できます。リア・パネルのUSBデバイス・ポートを 使用すれば、PCまたはプリンタへの接 続も可能です。WaveStudioソフトウ ェアを使用して、オシロスコープの画面 表示、パラメータ測定値、波形データお よびフロント・パネルのノブへのフル・ アクセスが可能で、PCとの接続が簡単 に行えます。

大容量の内部ストレージ

内部メモリから波形とセットアップを保 存し呼び出すことで、テストやデバッグ 中の時間を大幅に節約できます。 WaveAceは、内部メモリに最大20の波形、20のセットアップおよび2つの 基準波形を保存できます。

捕捉モード

測定の内容が異なれば、それに応じて異 なる捕捉モードが必要となります。 WaveAceは、リアルタイム、等価時間、 ピーク検出およびアベレージング・モー ドなど、あらゆる波形を確実に捕捉・表 示します。
