LeCroy Picks NextGig Systems as Protocol Tools Sales Representatives

The agreement enables NextGig Systems to bring LeCroy's market leading protocol analyzers and exercisers to NextGig Systems development lab customers.

The extensive PCI Express test equipment family from LeCroy includes expert analysis systems designed to meet demanding PCI Express development needs. The Sierra™ Product Family is the first complete protocol test solution for SAS data rates of 6 Gb/s. The Sierra Protocol Test System is the 6th generation in the leading line of SAS/SATA protocol test solutions. Designed for the current evolution of both SAS (SAS2) and SATA (6G), the new Sierra product family sets new standards for performance while incorporating a complete range of features in a single, economical system. Protocol Analyzer The LeCroy FCTracer^TM Analyzer supports all Fibre Channel data rates up to 4 Gb/s. The FCTracer supports up to four channels (two full-duplex links), and allows cascading of multiple analyzers to provide a synchronized display of up to 16 links for testing of switches and similar multi-port devices.
