The Teledyne LeCroy organization, with its headquarters in Chestnut Ridge, NY, specializes in highly sophisticated development tools for high speed, serial data protocols. Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers and exercisers are in the critical design and test path for the vast majority of the world’s leading semiconductor, device and system companies. Designers and engineers use our tools to generate and monitor traffic over the latest high-speed serial data interfaces, including USB, PCI Express, Serial ATA, Serial Attached SCSI, Fibre Channel, Ethernet, DDR, Bluetooth, HDMI, SDI, DisplayPort, WiFi and M-Phy.
We currently have an opening for a Customer Support Representation/Services Coordinator in Israel. This position will report to the General Manager of the Teledyne LeCroy Israel office. The purpose of the CSR/Service Coordinator position is to support the Teledyne LeCroy team in Israel. The CSR/Service Coordinator processes customer orders for LeCroy products and services as well as for oscilloscope service requirements, such as repairs and calibrations. The CSR/Service Coordinator shall maintain customer files with sales contracts and other customer related information, prepare product price quotations based on SE input, complete order sheets and check the price and quantity of each item listed, provide shipping dates, prices, product availability and back order status, distribute order sheets to respective departments. The CSR/Service Coordinator will support quarterly audit of sales demo equipment for the entire Israel region and provide a weekly tracking report to the Teledyne LeCroy Israel General Manager. The CSR will be involved in all shipments into and out of Israel dealing with Israel customs, freight forwarders, etc.
