Digital Oscilloscopes - XStream DSO - Channel not active

Problem:

Why is channel 1 and channel 4 not active on my 4 channel oscilloscope?

Solution:

Ch1 and Ch4 show "Channel not active" Click Timebase and select Horizontal Setup.  Change Active Channels to 4 channel mode or "Auto"
