The MVL108 is a single channel version of the LeCroy MVL407 (a high performance comparator with built in hysteresis), with a CMOS compatible output instead of differential ECL, and substantially reduced power require ments. The device power can be selected, either high or low power mode, as a bonding option. Small quantity prototypes are available in a 10 pin ceramic surface mount package which allows pin selection of either high or low power mode. Contact LeCroy for other packaging options.
