波形検索機能─WaveScan

ラントやグリッチなどの異常波形や立ち上がり時間などの条件で検索します。また、波形更新中に目的波形を見つけると、更新を停止することもできます。

保存/呼出機能─LabNotebook

波形や設定、パラメータなど、現状のまま保存して、後日呼び出すことができます。別の担当者に引き継ぐ場合や、再検証や再実験する場合にも非常に便利な機能です。

シーケンスモード

短時間に連続する多数の高速パルスや、長時間に間欠的に発生する信号を効率的に捕捉します。

波形演算とパラメータ計測

波形の一部分を測定対象にするゲートや測定データを時系列波形に変換するトレンド機能、分布状況を表すヒストグ ラムなど多角的な解析を可能にします。また1MポイントのFFTは幅広い周波数スパンでのスペクトル解析を可能に します。
