LeCroy Announces New Distribution Agreement with the Central Company for Components Ltd.

Chestnut Ridge, NY, October 3, 2011 - LeCroy Corporation, a leading supplier of oscilloscopes and serial data test solutions has appointed the Central Company for Components Ltd. as an official high service distributor of its standard application range of oscilloscopes, arbitrary function generators, and logic analyzers. The appointment of the Central Company for Components Ltd. is designed to grow LeCroy's presence in the key Israeli and Palestinian Authority territories. LeCroy is committed to working closely with the distributor to develop a joint sales strategy within the region. As part of the agreement, LeCroy will allocate specific resources to support tactical sales programs as well as provide targeted marketing and on-demand product demonstration support when required.
