Basic Triggers

Edge Triggers when signal meets slope (positive, negative, or either) and level condition.

SMART Triggers

State or Edge Qualified Triggers on any input source only if a defined state or edge occurred on another input source. Holdoff between sources is selectable by time or events.
Qualified First In Sequence acquisition mode, triggers repeatably on event B only if a defined pattern, state, or edge (event A) is satisfied in the first segment of the acquisition. Holdoff between sources is selectable by time or events.
Dropout Triggers if signal drops out for longer than selected time between 1 ns and 20 s.
Pattern Logic combination (AND, NAND, OR, NOR) of 5 inputs (4 channels and external trigger input). Each source can be high, low, or don't care. The High and Low level can be selected independently. Triggers at start or end of the pattern.
 

SMART Triggers with Exclusion Technology

Glitch Triggers on positive or negative glitches with widths selectable as low as 200ps to 20 s, or on intermittent faults.
Width (Signal or Pattern) Triggers on positive, negative, or both widths with widths selectable as low as 200ps to 20 s, or on intermittent faults.
Interval (Signal or Pattern) Triggers on intervals selectable between 1 ns and 20 s.
Timeout (State/Edge Qualified) Triggers on any source if a given state (or transition edge) has occurred on another source.

Exclusion Triggering Trigger on intermittent faults by specifying the expected behavior and triggering when that condition is not met
 

Cascade (Sequence) Triggering

Capability Arm on "A" event, then Trigger on "B" event. Or Arm on "A" event, then Qualify on "B" event, and Trigger on "C" event.

第5世代のDBI(Digital Bandwidth Interleave)テクノロジ

X-Stream II アーキテクチャ

高速処理のための最適化

X-Stream IIストリーミング・アーキテクチャでは、複数の100 Mポイント波形(またはそれ以上の波形)を オシロスコープで処理するときでも、データに対する高い処理能力が保証されます。X-Stream IIでは 全ての計算を処理速度が速い高速CPUキャッシュ・メモリで実行できるように、波形データを可変長の波形セグメントに分割するので、 計算速度と効率性が向上します。その結果、他のオシロスコープと比べて10〜100倍の処理速度が実現されます。

ロング・メモリのための最適化

X-Stream IIストリーミング・アーキテクチャでは、可変長の波形セグメントの長さをCPUキャッシュ・メモリに収まるサイズに常に制限できるため、 解析の種類に関わらず、実質的に解析メモリの長さに関する制限がありません。 従来のアーキテクチャによる他のオシロスコープではこのような特性がサポートされず、通常、 最適な条件下でも解析メモリの長さは捕捉メモリの長さの5〜20%に制限されます。

応答性のための最適化

WaveMaster 8Zi-Bシリーズでは、バッファを動的に割り当てて利用可能なメモリを最大化することで、フロント・パネルの応答性を最大化しています。 組み込みの処理を中断すると、フロント・パネルのコントロールの変更が即座に反映されます。 その際、現在の内部処理が停止され、新しい波形が再配置またはズームされます(これらの表示や変更はすべて、 長い再計算なしで実行されます)。一方、波形のプレビューでは中間計算結果が表示されます。

WaveMaster 8Zi-Bシリーズでは、15GHzエッジトリガ、10種類のSMARTトリガ、カスケード・トリガを組み合わせて利用することにより、 様々な問題を迅速に検出し、原因を分析・究明することができます。 広範なシリアル・データ・オプション(I2C、SPI、UART、RS-232、CAN、LIN、FlexRay)を利用して、シリアル周辺バス・トラフィックに 関連するイベントを検出できます。ほとんどのシリアル・トリガには強力な条件付きDATAトリガが組み込まれているため、 シリアル・バス・トラフィックの特定範囲のDATA値が、どのように他の信号と相互作用するのかを詳しく分析できます。
TriggerScan
TriggerScanでは高速ハードウェア・トリガ機能と重ね書き表示機能を使用して、対象となる信号のみを捕捉するので、 他の手法よりも最高100倍も速く現象の把握ができます。従来の高速表示更新モードは遅い周波数の信号で発生する定期的な イベントの検出に適していますが、TriggerScanは速い周波数の信号で発生する不定期なイベントの検出に適しています。
WaveScanの高度検索/解析機能でトリガで発見できない問題も検出可能
最適なトリガでも異常イベントのすべてを検出できないため、 より強力な異常イベントの検出機能が必要になる場合があります。 WaveScanTMには、単一の捕捉で異常イベントを検出する機能(捕捉と検索)と、 長時間にわたる数多くの捕捉で一定のイベントを検知する機能があります。 約20種類の検索モード(周波数、立ち上がり時間、ラント、デューティ・サイクルなど)を選択し、 検索条件を指定して検知を開始できます。WaveScanによって異常イベントが検出されると 、画面上にエラーがハイライト表示され、エラーの一覧が表示されます。
従来より25〜100倍速いデータ転送速度
オシロスコープのPCI Express® X4高速データ・バス に直接接続できるレクロイLSIBオプションでは、最高 325 MB/sのデータ転送速度がサポートされています。 これに必要な作業は、オプションのLSIBカードをオシロ スコープに取り付け、デスクトップ(ラップトップ)PC 用のホスト・ボード(カード)をリモート・コンピュー タに取り付けるだけです。高速データ転送は、LSIBオプ ションに付属のAPI(Application Programming Interface)を通じて容易に実現されます。
