The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and delivering advanced protocol training to support industry specifications for storage, networking and data transports. Potential topics include PCIe, NVMe, Ethernet, and SAS. It is important that the candidate in the trainer position be able to take technical specifications and clearly translate the meaning of those specifications to individuals. The candidate will need to acquire/possess a subject matter expert level understanding of these protocols, any new protocols or protocol advancements, and the satellite technologies which are pertinent to implementing or engineering with these protocols.
- Previous training development experience for multi-day curriculum
- Previous experience creating training courses
- Ability to turn training courses into E-Learning modules
- Previous training experience delivering to technical/professional participants
- Must possess the ability to quickly assimilate new concepts and extrapolate the information across existing platforms and offerings
- Must be able to integrate with existing team structure and share information across job functions
- Must be able to perform a broad scope of cross-discipline tasks
