The TF-USB-C-HS USB4 High-speed and Sideband Test Coupon Fixture provides connections to all high-speed Tx/Rx differential signals using DH-Series Differential probes for debugging high-speed USB4, Thunderbolt™ 3/4, USB 3.2, and DisplayPort™ PHY-Logic layer, as well as all USB Type-C Power Delivery and sideband signals, including USB 2.0, USB-PD (Power Delivery), DP-AUX (DisplayPort AUX Channel), and USB4-SB (USB4 Sidebands).
TF-USB-C-HS is compatible with Teledyne LeCroy SDA/WaveMaster 8 Zi-B or LabMaster 10 Zi-A oscilloscopes running MAUI firmware v.9.9 or higher and the USB4 DME, USB3.2bus D, USB2bus TD/TDME, USB-PD TD/TDMP, DP-AUX DMP or USB4-SB options.
